Inspired to find a vinegar coleslaw recipe after having it at Daniel's Aunt Iney's. It was yummy.
Ingredients:
1 large head of cabbage, finely shredded (adds color if you use red and green)
1 medium bell pepper, finely chopped
1 medium sweet onion, finely chopped
2 carrots, grated
peanuts, if desired
Directions:
1. Mix together.
Dressing Ingredients:
1 C sugar
1 tsp salt
2/3 C vegetable oil
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp celery seed
1 C cider vinegar
Directions:
1. Mix together and pour over cabbage salad. Chill before serving.
