Ingredients:
1 lb. beef
1 medium onion, diced
2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 green pepper, diced
3-4 carrots, grated
1-2 sliced small zucchini
32 oz. tomatoes
1 Tb chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried basil
Brown beef, onion, garlic, and pepper.
Add rest of ingredients and simmer til ready to serve.
