Ingredients:
8 boneless chicken breasts
2 C crushed Ritz crackers
3 T parmesan cheese
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp seasoned salt
plain yogurt
Combine: crackers, parmesan, garlic salt, and seasoned salt.
Coat: 8 boneless chicken breasts with plain yogurt, then the cracker mixture.
Bake: at 350 degrees for 45 minutes and serve with rice.
