Ingredients:
1/8 tsp. basil
1 (8oz) pkg spaghetti noodles
2 Tbsp. butter
2 med. zucchini, shredded (1 lb.)
1/2 C. half and half/milk
1/2 tsp. salt.
Cook noodles. Cook zucchini in butter til tender. Mix until cheese is melted and serve immediately with fresh sliced tomatoes.
