Lisa's Pesto

Ingredients:
2 c. spinach leaves (firmly packed)
1/2 c. fresh parsley
1 c. fresh basil
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 c. pine nuts
1/2 c. parmesan cheese (or more)
1/4 c. water (optional)

Blend together.
