Ingredients:
1 C butter
1 C brown sugar
1 C peanut butter
3/4 tsp baking powder
2 1/2-3 C flour
1 C sugar
2 eggs
3/4 vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Cream butters, sugars, eggs and vanilla together. Add salt baking powder, and flour. Mix well.
Roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet; press with fork in criss-cross pattern.
Bake at 175 degrees C for 8-10 min.
