Sweet Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
1 C canola oil
3/4 C sugar
1/2 C red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic (pressed) or garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
1/4 tsp pepper

Mix all ingredients together. Keep in fridge for up to one week. Serve with mixed greens, dried cranberries, cubed Monterrey Jack cheese, and sugared pecans.
