Sunday Brunch Casserole

from Sister Burdge

Ingredients:
1 lb bacon, cooked, crumbled
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped green pepper
12 eggs, beaten
1 C milk
4 C hash browns
1 C grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dill weed

1. Saute onion and pepper in bacon grease.
2. Combine all ingredients with eggs and mix.
3. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan
4. Bake at 350 degrees x 45 minutes.

Serve with salsa
